The Challenge

This international group of farming and fresh produce suppliers has an ambitious agenda of environmental and social initiatives. People across their operations in Europe, Africa and USA are working on regenerative farming, carbon reduction, community outreach, and much more. They identified a need to convey this in a format that broke from the traditional ‘executive-announcement’ style so typical of ESG reports.

The Solution

The success of G’s is rooted in its culture of local empowerment: people across the farms and businesses take it on their shoulders to initiate and lead change. To reflect this, we decided to produce an ESG Report that follows different individuals, hearing about the challenges, breakthroughs and results. We aimed for a balance of emotional intensity – with cinematic treatment – and data density – using interactive overlays in which the substantiation and detail of the work is presented.  We want to set this as a new standard for ESG reports.  There is so much good being done by companies, like G’s, and it deserves to be seen and appreciated.
